Work Completed Date: October 21, 2009Hire Again: YesDescription: Removed and replaced wall-to-wall carpeting on entire 2nd floor with natural bamboo and shoe molding. In process of stair carpeting upgrade project (materials ordered) and in budget planning stages / materials discussion for bathroom remodels (master & guest). Comments:  Completed project — 2nd floor in bamboo wood — is a fantastic upgrade. FCI did a terrific job from planning to execution. Debbie provided patient and thorough sales and design advice in the planning stages. She reviewed all options with us and answered our numerous questions in a kind and professional manner. She continues to do so with our pending projects. Her price structure is clear and competitive, and her bids timely. The actual floor construction was supervised by Fabio who made sure his crew were on time to complete the job within scheduled timeframe and at high quality. We are thrilled with our finished flooring and look forward to working with FCI again on our future projects.

Hire Again: YesDescription: Debbie came to our house to show us several carpet selections for our basement. She brought a variety of samples and together we found one that matched and that fit within our budget. The installers were very professional and courteous and we were very pleased with the whole job.Comments: Debbie and her coworkers were terrific. I couldn’t believe how many quality samples she brought when she first came to our house. She helped me to pick the right carpeting for the room at the right price. Debbie was extremely easy to talk to and to work with. I felt very comfortable with her. The installation process was also very easy. The work was done professionally and in a timely manner. We love our new carpet and would recommend everyone work with Debbie. Report Date: August 19, 2009 Work Completed Date: July 28, 2009Hire Again: YesDescription: I chose Floor Coverings International to install hardwood flooring throughout my home as well as install tile in my kitchen. Debbie was right on point. She was at our appointment on time and was very courteous. She brought the perfect samples to my home for both the hardwood and tile. She truly does bring the store to your door. She also helped me choose a pattern for my backsplash. Her idea for the backsplash tied together my whole kitchen. The installers were great and respectful. They were on time and cleaned up after themselves. Most importantly they produced beautiful and quality work. Fabio installed our kitchen tile and backsplash. He was an absolute perfectionist. He kept everything clean and organized. We love our new kitchen floor and backsplash. We will definitely use Floor Coverings International again for our future projects as well as refer them to our family and friends. Comments:  The entire process went perfectly. Debbie was right on with her estimate. Always on time. And followed up as needed. Fabio coordinated everything in a timely manner. He told us step by step what was going to happen and let us know what was going on every step of the way. The installers came and the installation went very smoothly. Fabio tiled our kitchen and backsplash. Again, he was very helpful from start to finish with this project as well. All together, Floor Coverings International kept us updated and was very understanding of what it is we were looking for.  I got more than my money’s worth I would recommend Floor Coverings International. They know what they are doing. And the outcome of their work is beautiful
