    Very interesting results to some of your poll question. I guess you are getting a good idea what most people like.

      Yes, and for the most part, these are consistent with what customers tell me they prefer. The one exception is on the light vs. mid vs dark flooring. More people in my area prefer the dark flooring. The problem w/ this question is that people’s definition of dark vs. mid may be different based on perception and what some people consider to be dark, others may think of as mid and vice versa. I see this at times during appts. I should have included swatch colors or something.

    You did my floors in rye when you were just starting out. Glad you are successful. I have mor projects in portchester but don’t know if I can afford hardwood What is the going rate. Email me.

      Hi Emily. It’s so good to hear from you. Yes, I remember you (and your sons) very well as we did a couple of projects together. Rates vary based on scope of work to be done. I will give you a call later today.
